Thank you for shopping with Nestia! Below you'll find details on order processing, shipping times, and what to expect after you place an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or the phone number/email provided at checkout.
Please note: because our products are fulfilled through international supplier partners, processing time refers to the time it takes for your order to be prepared and handed off to a shipping carrier — it does not include transit time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local carrier handling, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sale events).
International Shipping and Customs
Nestia ships internationally through supplier and fulfillment partners. As a result:
- Your order may originate from an international fulfillment center.
- Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
- Customs delays are outside of our control. If your package is held at customs, please check with your local customs office for status and any fees owed.
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays, additional fees, or refused shipments due to unpaid duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email, as it can take time for carriers to scan packages into their systems — especially for international shipments.

Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages, sometimes from different fulfillment locations, and may arrive on different days. This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at dyven.hq@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nestia is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered (per carrier tracking) to the address provided but are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office first, then contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you're missing an item from your order, please contact us at dyven.hq@gmail.com within [insert number, e.g., 7] days of delivery, including photos where applicable, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
